Arabia Returning to Meadows and Rivers

Sahih Muslim #157

Narrated by: Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him)

The Hour will not come until the land of the Arabs returns to being meadows and rivers.

Evidence of Fulfillment

Scientific evidence confirms Arabia was once green:

1. **Satellite Discoveries**: Researchers using satellite imagery have identified over 10,000 ancient lakes and thousands of ancient river systems beneath Saudi Arabia's deserts.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) prophesied that Arabia would return to greenery - science confirms it was once green.

Barefoot Bedouins Competing in Tall Buildings

Sahih Bukhari #50 (Hadith of Jibril)

Narrated by: Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him)

That you will see the barefoot, naked, destitute shepherds competing in constructing tall buildings.

Evidence of Fulfillment

This prophecy has been remarkably fulfilled:

1. **Burj Khalifa (Dubai, 2010)**: World's tallest building at 828m, built in the UAE - a land where Bedouin shepherds lived just decades ago.

Bedouin shepherds now build the world's tallest buildings - exactly as prophesied 1400 years ago.

Widespread Dealing in Usury (Riba)

Sunan Ibn Majah #2278

Narrated by: Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him)

There will come a time when no one will remain except that they consume riba (usury/interest), and whoever does not consume it will be affected by its dust.

Evidence of Fulfillment

The modern global financial system is fundamentally based on interest (riba):

1. **Banking System**: Nearly all conventional banks operate on interest-based lending and deposits. Even those who don't take loans pay interest indirectly through: - Credit card fees - Mortgage systems affecting housing prices - Government debt servicing through taxes

The prophecy that riba would become unavoidable describes our modern interest-based economy perfectly.

Roman Victory Over Persia

Quran #30:2-4

Narrated by: Divine Revelation

The Romans have been defeated in the nearest land. But they, after their defeat, will overcome within a few (3-9) years.

Evidence of Fulfillment

Historical records confirm precise fulfillment:

**Context (614 CE)**: The Persian Sassanid Empire defeated the Byzantine Romans and captured Jerusalem, taking the True Cross. This was a devastating blow to the Romans.

The Quran predicted Roman victory over Persia within 3-9 years - fulfilled precisely as prophesied.

Time Will Pass Quickly

Sahih Bukhari #7061

Narrated by: Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him)

The Hour will not come until time passes quickly, so that a year will be like a month, a month like a week, a week like a day, a day like an hour, and an hour like the burning of a palm leaf.

Evidence of Fulfillment

Multiple interpretations of this prophecy find fulfillment in modern times:

1. **Psychological Time Perception**: Modern life is increasingly fast-paced. Technology, instant communication, and information overload create a subjective experience of time "flying by." Studies show people increasingly report feeling they don't have enough time.

The prophecy of time passing quickly describes the universal modern experience of life accelerating.
